With our recently introduced renewal using Agreement-Based Offers (ABO) and Future Dated Agreements (FDA), users have several options while creating an offer for the customer. In this blog, we show the best-suited workflow type for seven commonly faced scenarios.

We will be focusing solely on private offers options available on AWS using Labra.io. We do not include public offers in this blog. If you’re already familiar with our platform or have the CRM app, you will be able to easily follow these steps.

If you are new to Labra, exploring these scenarios will give you a good idea of what the platform is capable of and you can request a demo and our team will show how these workflows can help with your customers and scenarios. Let’s first define FDA and ABO.

Future Dated Agreement (FDA)

A Future Dated Agreement (FDA) is a contract that specifies a future start date for the terms to become effective. Click here for more information.

Agreement Based Offers (ABO)

An Agreement Based Offer (ABO) is an offer extended to the buyer that is based on an existing subscription/contract. The pricing and terms of the new offer can be updated as required. The running subscription is replaced with a new one. Click here for more information.
