But it doesn’t stop there. With new dashboards and reporting, a guided Salesforce onboarding flow, and an updated AWS Referral UI, this update brings greater visibility, streamlined setup, and a smoother seller experience across the board. Whether you’re handling complex offers or scaling everyday operations, 2.19 helps you move with speed and confidence.
Smarter Selling With Field Mapping Templates
Having just one set of mapping fields often requires you to manually edit and submit values.
Introducing Labra’s Field Mapping Templates, built for real-world use cases that involve multiple partners, product types, program codes, and sales regions, each of which might require more than one Offer and Referral Mapping.
Mapping templates help sales and partner teams handle varied sales motions and partner needs by allowing multiple, customizable mapping templates. This replaces the single-template restriction with a dynamic, flexible, and reusable system.
Your CRM Administrator and Alliance Manager can enable these fields in a simple one-step process.
How Templates Work
- Access the Template via settings or during Offer/Referral creation.
- Create or select a template from the dropdowns in the Marketplace Offer or Co-sell tabs.
- While creating a new template, you have to address these fields:
- Offer/Referral field
- Salesforce object field
- Default value
- Option to hide the field from UI
- Option to make the field read-only
- Template actions available: Create New, Clone, Edit Name, Reset, Save as Draft, Delete
- Built-in prompts ensure that data isn’t lost unintentionally
- Each template you’ve created will be available as a dropdown during a new referral or offer creation from Salesforce. The dropdown shows up to 4 templates at once.
Key Benefits
- Ideal for sales teams, partner managers, and onboarding specialists.
- Reduces manual effort while dealing with varied sales motions and partner requirements.
- Set default values, and provide only access to essential fields.
- Actions on flexible reusable templates — create, rename, delete, clone, etc.
- Pre-filled values for demos, onboarding, and training. Template dropdowns are directly embedded in Offer and Co-sell flows.

‼️ Note for those upgrading: AWS Referral UI Change
We’ve updated the AWS Referral form in Salesforce! It now uses a new custom Lightning Web Component (LWC) instead of the standard Salesforce layout.
This major update changes the form’s look and feel and impacts daily workflows.
- Changed user experience, making the form more intuitive.
- Guided inputs and validations compared to the previous standard page.
- The LWC experience loads instantly, making the process faster and simpler.
- Reps can toggle visibility of fields, helping them focus on what’s relevant.
- Required AWS Fields can be made read-only.
- Optional or unused fields can be hidden to keep the form clean and distraction-free.
This control helps sellers move faster, avoid errors, and stay focused on closing deals. We recommend that our AWS customers review it in detail and train their teams before upgrading it.
