Offers for Professional Services Listings (AWS)
We’ve introduced the ability to create private offers for Professional services listings directly within Salesforce. Any vendor with professional services listings on AWS can now streamline their workflow with a simplified, dedicated offer creation process and leverage all our Private offer workflow and automation capabilities from their Salesforce CRM.
- Effortless Offer Creation:
- Click “Create New Offer.”
- Select the Cloud Provider and choose a professional services listing
- A focused professional services Private Offer form will appear for completion.
- Enhanced Efficiency: Manage Professional services listings with ease, reducing complexities and saving time.
Automatic Account and Opportunity Creation for Incoming Referrals
New incoming referrals from AWS will trigger automatic Account creation in Salesforce if the Account doesn’t already exist. This game-changing update eliminates manual steps, reduces delays, and ensures smoother partner workflows.
Key Details:
- Automatically create Accounts upon referral acceptance.
- Turn this feature on through settings for a more streamlined referral process.
This capability has been requested by some of our customers and we are sure it will be of great benefit to all our Co-sell customers.
Realtime In-App Notifications for Referral Updates (AWS)
In-App Notifications are here! Users can now receive bell-icon alerts for updates, automations, or modifications to referral records, ensuring they never miss critical changes.
Scenarios Covered:
- Referral Auto-Creation: Triggered by Opportunity stage changes or Platform/ACE actions.
- Referral Updates: Reflecting changes in stage, fields, or sync status.
- Sync Notifications: Informing users of successful or failed referral syncs.
This feature enhances real-time visibility, enabling quicker follow-ups and improved tracking.
Salesforce UI/UX Enhancements
We’ve revamped the UI/UX across Opportunity, Referral, Offer, and Resale pages. With optimized layouts, better navigation, and enhanced status visibility, users can manage records with clarity and ease.
This further simplifies your workflow, improves user navigation, and enhances record management clarity.
Microsoft OppSync Enhancements
We are introducing the “Services Co-Sell” Deal Type for your Microsoft Co-sell referral creation. This enhances your referral creation process:
- Mandatory Fields: Partner Role, Solution Area, Solution Play.
- Editable Deal Type: Adjust during creation, with defined rules for changes.
- Convert “Private” to “Services Co-Sell” only if Partner Role is provided.
- Restrictions on conversions from “Services Co-Sell” or “IP Co-Sell.
Other Enhancements:
- Filter and Search Product Dimensions: Navigate and find dimensions faster using filters and search.
- ‘Other Solution Offered’ Field: Intuitive data entry for custom solutions while submitting new opportunities.
- Future-Dated Agreements (FDA): Schedule licenses or entitlements for future activation on Google Cloud Platform private offers.
